Single tank scales are used for flow rate Control (MBTA / C control) or Dosing (MBTA / D ) of the free-fall granular products.

Description

The main operation are in base of the used scope: MBTA / C Control and MBTA / D Cosing. The work cycle is made in 3 phases: LOAD: Feeding damper open, unload damper closed; the product enters the weighing tank WEIGHING: Feeding damper closed, unload damper closed; the scale weighs, after settlement time, the product inside the tank, without presence of vibrations. EXHAUST: Feeding damper closed, unload damper open; the contents of the tank fall into the unloading hopper.
